Iron Chef 2017: Sri Lanka Vs. The Philippines

I've always wanted to pull off an Iron Chef. Then I thought of Chef Wilma Consul from The Philippines, and it was on. We first met exactly 25 years ago as Masters students at The Columbia School of Journalism in New York. After working as journalists, we both eventually became chefs. Though this event was more a collaboration than a competition, everyone won out because they got to sample two incredible cuisines in one go.
